Role Summary:

Dawn Meats Group is one of Europe's leading beef and lamb processing companies with locations across Ireland, UK, France and continental Europe employing over 8,000 employees. We are currently seeking to recruit an International Export Administrator to join the team at our head offices in Carrolls Cross, Co. Waterford. 

The successful candidate will be based at our Carrolls Cross site and will be responsible for:

• Communicating with all members of the team in the logistics, sales and finance functions.
• Processing export shipping documentation daily.
• Co-ordinating export loads, booking cold store slots, freight forwarders, vets.
• Ensure stock is allocated to orders to fulfil shipping schedules.
• Liaising with account managers and haulage agents on logistical matters
• Telesales & Customer Support
• Purchase order generation and general admin support.
• Liaise with Planning scheduler/coordinator re stock/shipping timeline requirements.
• Managing internal and external cold store movements.

Your role will see you tackle a wide range of business challenges in a busy Logistics environment.

• Be professional and friendly with excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.

• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail and have the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Possess the ability to prioritise.
• Have first-rate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
