Location: Charleville, Co. Cork

Contract: Permanent, Part-Time 

Role Summary:
Dawn Meats Group is one of Europe's leading beef and lamb processing companies with locations across Ireland, UK, France and continental Europe employing over 8,000 employees. We are currently seeking to recruit a part time Shipping Administrator at Dawn Meats Charleville.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Processing export and domestic shipping documentation daily.
• Produce health certs required for exports.
• Liaise with Planning scheduler/coordinator re stock and shipping timeline requirements.
• Liaising with account managers and haulage agents on logistical matters
• Support Group Shipping Team

Requirements / Qualifications

• Fluent English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment using own initiative and make decisions quickly and effectively.
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent phone skills
• Knowledge of customs clearance procedures would be advantageous.
