Role Summary:

The successful candidates’ duties will include, but are not restricted to:

• Answering the telephone and providing information to callers.
• Responding to queries regarding cattle weights, payments etc from farmers, agents and hauliers.
• Signing visitors in and out.
• Operate weighbridge, recording weights in and out.
• Sending daily kill information to farmers and agents on a daily basis.
• Process Supplier Payments for cattle, hauliers & agents fees.
• Preparing and sending DAFM report on a weekly basis.
• Preparation and control of internal and external documentation including:
  • Filing CMRS.
  • Recording waste information from dockets on excel spreadsheets and filing of same.
  • Vehicle log.
  • Visitor log

• Signing visitors in and out, verifying identification and purpose of visit.
• Monitoring and controlling access to the site, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors are permitted entry.
• Maintaining accurate visitor logs and reporting any suspicious activity or security concerns to management.
• Liaising with security personnel or management regarding any breaches or concerns.

The ideal Candidate will have or demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• PC skills including Microsoft office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prioritising work using time management and organisational skills.
• Good administration skills with ability to work both as part of a team and unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks.
• Punctual / flexible

Standard working hours are 08:00 – 16:30, Monday – Friday.
